Its all working now for real just made fresh install to be sure....
thanks. I can finally configure my system for my needs...
One more thing... how to change serials and uuid. ahh... forget I will find that myself.

Stuck after (during?) Mojave upgrade directly from Sierra on Asus N752VX

Oh, I think I know what could be the problem, in config.plist there is a path for Bootx64.efi that says PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x1)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/NVMe(0x1,11-22-33-44-55-66-77-88)/HD(1,GPT,00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000,0x800,0x64000)/\EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI and my guess is that it is...

did you completely remove your old efi folder first?

what are your bios settings?

Yes, I made fresh clean usb and copied efi folder to efi partition...
BIos setting:
64M
vt-d, secure boot, fast boot - dissabled

try another usb stick, try different ports on laptop

Nope, same thing.... made new usb, even try with extrernal usd drive on all ports.
