When I try to clean install Big Sur on OpenCore, I get the following error and cannot proceed.

Please let me know what to do?

You don't want to use the Samsung SSD. Will give you nothing but trouble. Replace it if you want to run Big Sur.

SSD/Storage Options that are NOT supported:
  • Any eMMC based storage (commonly found in netbooks, some tablets and low end computer models.)
  • Samsung PM981 and PM991(commonly found in OEM systems like laptops)

Yes, many other brands/models of NVMe will work with macOS. Look in the buyer's guide.
