Asus MAXIMUS VII Hero audio error

Hi, so after a lot of work I got my Yosemite installed on my system and got it to boot with only the -no-zp, on first boot I installed a few basic drivers and it restarted fine, however when I installed the Realtek ALC1150 audio drivers it will not boot.

Can I just go into the .kext location and delete that particular kext?

More detail, I restarted with these boot flags: kext-dev-mode=1 -no-zp -v and this is the error I get:

Failed to load kext com.apple.filesystems.autofs (error: 0xdc00800e)

I got it fixed using just the nv_enable=1 flag.

Now I need to get OS X installed on my m.2 SSD, can I just clone this install onto the m.2?
