Apparently booting with safe mode is the only way to get the machine to start up. Using the -v flag before booting, the last things I see onscreen is something about a Bluetooth driver starting, the NTFS driver starting, and actually hangs upon finding the NTFS-formatted drives attached to my system.
When I boot with -x (and optionally GraphicsEnabler=No to speed up boot):
The mountain lion system boots up fine, except ALL of my kexts are ignored while booting, is there a way I can fix this? I really need the PS/2 extensions.
System hardware:
- Intel Core i7 3630QM
- Intel HD 4000
- 16 GB RAM
