ASUS B85M-E Nightmare

Hey everyone, trying to get Yosemite running on an ASUS B85M-E mobo and she's not budging. Kernel Panics everytime. I am unable to disable secure booting, which I believe to be the cause of the issue.

Tried looking for a patched BIOS, can't seem to locate one. Please help

I have the same Mobo. and I have no problems what so ever, only kexts i use is for sound and LAN. I works on chimera boot loader and Clover, but the LAN is a bit tricky on Clover. I have to change system spec to Mac pro, or sound will go to sleep.
