Update to the latest bios first. (11, isn't it?)
The please-restart screen is a kernel panic, which often appears with the new fermi-cards.
Did you update to the latest tonymac nvidia drivers?
Try booting with -v and wait until it crashes. It'll show some crash-details.
There are a lot of problems with the fermi cards (freezing!), so maybe this problem is not fixable.
