Hello everyone,
I recently made the switch from Mac to PC, but I'm too used to Logic Pro to completely give up on OSX.
My build is as follows:
Motherboard: ASRockZ87 Extreme3
CPU: Intel i5 4570
Graphics: GTX 760
RAM: Single channel 666MHz HyperX ram
Storage: 2 120 GB SSDs(PNY), 1 1TB WD Blue HDD
Other devices: Saffire Audio
My problem is this: I have loaded Unibeast onto my flash drive, following all the instructions to the T. When I try to install Mavericks, I get stuck in a boot loop, where I see the grey apple logo, but after about 5 seconds my system restarts. I've tried both the -x and -v bootflags, and they didn't help. I've yet to try the other flag suggestions, like the "EnableGraphics" flag, but I've read that I don't need to do this with the 760.
I'm wondering if I have to flash my BIOS. I've never done it before, but I am comfortable in doing so. Any and all advice is welcome. Thank you in advance.
