If you are asking if Big Sur will work on your system then the answer is YES.

If you are asking is Big Sur stable (read Good) then the answer is again YES.

If you will use just iGPU then your best SMBIOS match is the Late 2015 16,2 iMac.
Here's the main specs. Big Sur will work with no problems if you configure OC correctly.

The 5775R is the same CPU as the 5775C that you have. The former is BGA1364 which means that it's soldered onto the motherboard instead of socketed (1150) like the 5775C. Other than that, no significant differences.
