Asrock Z87 Extreme4, i7-4770k, EVGA GTX 780ti PLEASE HELP

You need to do more preparation with this board, and you should start by listing your full hardware setup, including memory (Make/Model/Type/Capacity), monitor type and connection method, any wifi devices and all the other hardware you have.

You should also state which boot flags you used.

i used a combination of -x and GraphicsEnabler=Yes, PCIRootUID=1, PCIRootUID=0, and npci=0x3000, GraphicsEnabler=No.

I also used -v -x and -x -v

Yes. What bios version are you currently running ? Hit delete to get into bios setup when first starting the computer; the main page that is first shown will tell you the bios version.
 
Have you updated to the 2.70 BIOS?
With the 2.70 BIOS you no longer need to manually patch the BIOS.
So if you are running your Asrock Z87 Extreme 4 on an older BIOS update to 2.70!

Any tips for how to do this? And/or how to find out what BIOS I'm using?
