You will need to use UEFIpatch on the bios or AsusAICPUPM ticked in clover it if you want power management and to be able to boot without NullCPU.

I no longer have this board it was just a pain in the you know what to deal with. Plus I've realized that AsRock boards always seem to have issues with PM in OS X. At least all the ones I've tried, I'm not sure if the newer generations are the same.
