You need to ensure the thunderbolt card is in the proper slot.

Thank you for your reply but you mean PCI card? I thought you wrote about thunderbolt built-in motherboard - Taichi has one thunderbolt. Please explain? Thank you.

The machine goes to sleep, then immediately comes back on and continues this cycle.

I have the same problem. Have you guys solve it already and how?

You need to ensure the thunderbolt card is in the proper slot. You also have to boot into Windows at least once to install the Windows drivers and activate the card.

I did it as you described. OSX stops launching. Have you used some kext or special config in Clover?

Out of curiosity what are your system preference energy saver settings? I had to put mine like these to get sleep to work.

If I set them to never sleep did not work at all. It kind of acted like it wanted to for a split second then came back to life.

This is what I use in the custom flags section of Clover Configurator. Might work for you.

uia_exclude=HS03;HS09;HS10;HS11;HS12;HS13;HS14;SS01;SS02;SS03;SS04;SS05;SS07;SS08;SS09;SS10;USR1;USR2
