Hello Community!
I have some big problems with the installation of Yosemite on my System.....

20150825_115414.jpg
I boot with flags:
-x -f -v npci=0x2000 cpus=1 nv_disable=1 PCIRootUID=1

It seems like it stucks on DSMOS has arrived... Also you cant disable numpad on the keyboard like everything has freezed.

I patched the kernel for haswell - E ...

I tried to boot also with clover same **** as before.....

Hopefully someone can help im tring to get this running for weeks ......

Cheers

Check your bios settings. If you got vt-D in the bios make sure its disabled also make sure that you have AHCI enabled in the bios.

I did this but still freezing and with clover restarting....

With Clover Bootloader you need to have the right Config.plist its all trial and error with Clover. Its not like Chimera. I'd recommend trying different things out with Clover.

Yeah I know but It wont boot with anything you know ..... It starts freezing when the DSMOS has arrived or bluetoothHCIController start -- completed and this with multiply gfx...

Other thing you can try is make a Unibeast boot drive then install on a test drive see if you can boot then but make sure you patch the kernel.

Also have you patch the kernel after you've installed?

I don't think that anyone has this board working with Clover yet. Certainly it looks like it will boot using the UniBeast method but you must also use a supported GPU. Suggest a cheap 8400 or 8800, GT610 or similar - these will all need GraphicsEnabler=Yes to boot to the desktop.

I have tried very much other gpus and I patched the kernel but I can even start the osx installation without freezing ....

I had a lot of trouble getting this board to work, but, eventually it did. I plan on writing up a full guide, but haven't had time to yet. Hopefully I can help you out.

The stills you posted look a lot like the freezes I was getting when graphics options were incompatible. If you can, I suggest putting in an older card. With my GTX460, I was able to boot into the installer via a Unibeast USB using -v npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Depending on your card, the GraphicsEnabler portion may vary. Look on the forums for what others have used.

For BIOS, I did the following:

Load UEFI Defaults on motherboard.
Make sure vt-d and Secure Boot are disabled (they should be by default).
Disable Serial and Thunderbolt.
In the USB settings, make sure to turn off all the USB 3 options, leaving just USB 2 and USB 2 Legacy Mode on. THIS WAS A MAJOR ISSUE. For the life of me, I couldn’t boot into the Unibeast installer with USB 3 enabled. It can be re-enabled later.

Per Going Bald's advice, I always plugged my keyboard and mouse into the USB 2 ports next to the PS2 port on the back of the computer. I always put the USB stick into the USB 2 port between the PS2 port and SATA port on the back of the machine.

Then try booting into the Unibeast USB stick. Hopefully that will get you to the installer.

From there, I was able to follow the guide below:

Hope this helps.
