Okay next steps
1- SMBIOS Mac Pro 7.1 with all DSDT Patches
2- Same with OpenCore ;)
Okay : now I see where you want to go...
It may therefore take some time.

I'm not afraid by open core but sometimes it give me headache...
Why not

Another good point with Catalina : the dark mode comes with the night ( Everyone knows it but I like it even more when we are in confinement...)

One last thing: if someone can help me: I'm stuck on Mojave or Catalina with my X299 GA Ultra Gaming Pro: the system restarts just before the log screen without any messages in -v mode ...I boot before but no more now...
And it boots on High Sierra...
In fact it is not my current workstation but it is annoying when I can boot on another alien system with the X299 Creator...

@Loloflatsix Great news! You are a real genius!

And there is more, hold your hat: the AWAC-aml does it´s magic too with the Asus Prime X299 A-II and the MSI X299 Pro!!!

But both boards have the problem that the MSR lock in the UEFI does nothing, that means with ASUS and MSI we need this:

So we have to wait for UEFI-Updates with functional de-lock or patch the UEFI ourselfes (or live with the Clover-patches if there are no drawbacks).
No deeper tests made because the boards actually lives as W10P maschines.
But fantastic news, thanks to you and oli.mathieu, and also dolgarrenan.

Thanks but reassure me : you was able to boot into your configuration ?
Yeah I think : some snapshots are pending.... ;)
But anyway very interesting for others who doubted the compatibility of the X299 refresh :p

I have issues updating from mojave to catalina on the X299 Sage 10G.
I had some identical kext in S/L/E or L/E folders and C/K/O folder
did you try a fresh install ?

For me it's may be Graphic driver related

3rd party kexts should not be in /S/L/E

with Catalina, best to just have your kexts in clover/kexts/other

Yes you're right : it is the first SSD on my first X299 build where I installed High Sierra two years ago : severals update High Sierra 10.13.2 /2/3/4/5 to 10.13.6 and after Mojave 10.14.1/2/3/4/5 to Mojave 10.14.6 (ouf) ....so maybe a few kexts on a bad place ...

Problem solved : after many hours : corrupted bios, time to sleep now.
(I was confused, irritate ...because it is the SSD that I used to test the X299 Creator on Mojave...)
