ASRock H97M Pro4 - Turn Sleep Off, when come back to computer needs to restart

Wonder if anyone can help. I just finished an install with an ASrock H97M Pro4.

I've had sleep issues where when it wakes, it simply restarts the whole computer.

I used darkwake=no and darkwake=0 in config.plist for Clover and the problem persists.

The problem even persists when I turn sleep off in Energy Saver.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem with a Gigabyte Z87-OC Force mobo. It seems to have started out of nowhere.

I should also mention I'm using El Capitan 10.11.2 (and using Clover).
