I have working sleep now, thanks for the help!

Anybody have a guide for the ASRock H77M-ITX for a fresh Mountain Lion 10.8.2 and Multibeast 5.1.3 install?
I followed many of the guides for 10.7.x or 10.8.1 and older Multibeast versions, but am still having trouble booting.

When I boot with VGA the screen hangs, but when I use HDMI the screen goes to the login screen, but the screen is badly jumbled.
I can't see anything at all.

Are you using only the hd4000? Did you install the modded BIOS?

Yes, all I'm using is the HD4000 and I do have the modded BIOS. I think I finally got it working. I was reading about issues with the VGA output and that most others were using DVI. I have my PC plugged into a TV with only VGA and HDMI inputs so I went and bought a DVI to HDMI adapter.

Went back and read this entire thread:[thread=69575]CBorg's Build[/thread]
There ramarro123 was using an extra string in his /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist. I tried that but still wasn't working.
But this led me to this thread: [thread=61216]10.8 / How to enable HD4000[/thread]

First I added they key to the string as follows

Code:
<key>device-properties</key>
<string>7f0000000100000001000000730000000200000002010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff04002c0000004100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066006f0072006d002d006900640000000800000005006201140000006800640061002d0067006600780000000d0000006f6e626f6172642d31</string>

Then I changed the memory in the BIOS to 32MB.

That finally did the trick, but now I'm trying to figure out how to login to the Appstore. I changed my system definition to a mac mini 5,1 but still no luck.

hi im about to get this board since its on sale for only 59.99, im wondering if the dsdt can be edited to use a radeon 5450 with hdmi audio? its a dirt cheap build with a celerom g530

thanks

My configuration is i7 3770+GTX 560Ti+16G DDR3+120GSSD with ASRock H77M-ITX.
Since we have a video card for Dual monitor output, plus onboard HD4000 display output makes Triple or Quadruple monitors possible. It works fine on Win8 if I open the IGPU option in BIOS setting. I also tried it at my hacintosh but doesn't work. Does any one get the idea to make it possible?

I have 4 displays all running off of one 660ti. I haven't tried to connect with the on board ports.

I use a device-properties string in chameleon discussed in "enable hd4000" thread and success. But it need to set onboard hd4000 as primary display. It seems no need to set share memory size in Bios Setting, so just leave it as auto. Use onboard VGA seems having a better desktop effect, because memcpy function in chip is far faster than between pci bridge. So this configuration is acceptable that I feel:)

After insert device-properties string for enabling HD4000, I found out that I can't login to Apple Store( encountered "Unknown error" message ). I look up threads discussing this problem, and got a method also insert a device-properties to enable Ethernet function. It works, but it makes my HD4000 cannot be determined. Finally I try out a chameleon boot.plist option "Use Nvidia ROM" instead of inserting any device properties string, and got both function ok!
