Asrock H61-M-itx slow after Mojave clover install

Hi i installed macOS Mojave with clover on my Asrock H61m-itx board. it is booting up but sometimes it doesn't. When its is started internet connection is a little bit laggy but its ok but installation of programs from the App Store are very slow. games load long, and are slow on the Radeon RX 580.

my hardware is: i3 3220 3.30Ghz Sandy bridge
16 GB DDR 3 Ram
AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB Vram
board ASRock H61M-ITX

can someone look over the config.plist and tell me what I did wrong? thanks for your help.

Don't expect power management when you use NullCPUPowermanagement.kext.
You have a 6 series motherboard so there is no need for XHCI-200-series-injector.kext, XHCI-300-series-injector.kext or XHCI-x99-series-injector.kext.

You have four Ethernet kexts, how many interfaces do you have ?
