Yes, this motherboard should be able to run El Capitan. Use the standard Installation Guide. What other components are you planning to use with the motherboard?

Good would like to use HDMI it will not use a video card only would the ASRock H170m ITX / dl, 8gb ram, Core i5 6600, and 500gb hd! I wonder would be reliable?
