cant seem to see it in there though.

did you tick the bios option? its showing smbios dump, dsdt etc, but not bios backup

biosbackup is missing (should be around 4mb).
only the log in that

When I just tick the Bios all I get is the txt file attached.

With out ticking anything I get the zip attachment

thinking this is just another reason I'm loving this board. lol
by the way, the dsdt edit did fix sleep.

thats a bit of a let down. another plus point for the asrock

can you try on the msi (and the asus just as a test control)

it works fine on the asus (8.4mb) attached for giggles.

won't have the msi hooked back up 'til tomorrow.
