Are these components able to run Mac OS?

Hi everyone,

I have these components:
CPU: Intel Q6600 OC 3.0Ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev1.1
Graphics: PowerColor Radeon TurboDuo HD7790 1GB GDDR5 OC

I want to know if I will be able to run Mac OS and which version would run the best.

The Q6600 will not work with macOS Sierra as it doesn't have SSE4,1 support. The HD7790 might work with El Capitan - you will need to give it a try. The Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev1.1 has a lot of threads:

Btw, I only have 1 monitor, from my understanding I won't have problems with my Graphics Card, right?
