Are my specs OS X compatible?

My specs:
Gigabyte GTX 780 Windforce OC edition
i7 4790K
Asus Maximus VII Gene Z97
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
G.Skill Ripjaws X 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM

I'm interesting in trying to dual boot with any version of OS X, I don't care which one.

You should be able to use Clover as your boot loader and Yosemite very well. Easy to get running without re-installing Windows as well. You will need access to machine running OS X to download Yosemite and create your Clover installer.
