Are My Parts Compatible? Experience Needed for Hackintosh Installing?

Hi, this is my first post on this website and I have a number of questions. If the answers for these questions are elsewhere then I am sorry but I really want to be sure of the following questions.

1. Are my parts compatible for install Mac OSX?
The parts I have are (they are also listed on my bio):
i5-3470
Foxconn 2ABF H61
MSI GTX 760

2. Do I need a Mac accessible device to install Mac OSX?

3. If I have no knowledge of Mac, can I still do this alone?

(1) Yes, I think so, although I have no experience with Foxconn motherboards so I can't be sure.
(2) To use the installation methods here, yes, you will need access to a Mac or hackintosh to download MacOS and create the USB installer to be used on your system.
