It is a Kaby Lake Laptop. It should work just fine with macOS. You will have to disable the Nvidia GPU and use the Intel IGPU for all graphics processes. But that is normal for a Hackintosh laptop.

Xcode will work just fine on the laptop, it's not graphics intensive so not using the Nvidia card shouldn't make any difference.

Motherboard should say your make and model of your laptop

and you have not listed your intel graphics (no chance of getting your unsupported nvidia working)
