Are any of these "full-build" kits on NewEgg suitable for Hackintosh?

Some of them. The problem is that most of those bundle deals give you a less than ideal PSU. Usually a lower cost version that saves them some money on the total cost. Choose the components you want and the compare the price of a custom build to what they offer these bundles for. The savings us generally very minimal compared to what you'll pay by buying each part individually.

And the savings are that big, you are better off using the money you save on buying a better power supply as trs96 says.
