I've just installed El Capitan on my G4 Cube build. Unfortunately, there is a strange Issue: The Arduino Leonardo is not detected anymore in the Arduino IDE (1.6.5r5). Other Arduino models with USB to serial transmitters (FTDI etc.) are not affected.

I've tried to completely disable SIP in accordance with this guide (0x67): http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...-changes-workarounds-current-information.html
Unfortunately it did not help. The device is listed in "About this Mac, USB", but it does not show up in the /dev folder
Code:
cd /dev
ls

Any thoughts?

Other Issues:
- The Finder is not running 100% stable as well. It randomly crashes, if you are using the right mouse button...
- The usage of diskutil in the terminal causes the system to loose the active partition
- iCloud drove me crazy. It took me more than a day to re-enable it. I've ended up with a completely new user account. Now it's working fine. iMessage is also working as before on Yosemite.
