SUCCESS! After a long fight IOath3kfrmwr.kext now works in macOS 10.14+ and available at my fork. Hardest part was to figure out what exactly is broken because it is my first such experience, but in my opinion it was worth it (I found that RehabMan once said that making Atheros kext would not worth it because of its poor implementation, but I'm happy right now). I hope that someone else will also find this useful.

I think that I'm pretty late with my reply, but it looks like kext successfully injected firmware into bluetooth module. Does your bluetooth work in other OS (Windows, Linux, previous macOS versions)? Also check for other issues (since IMO it doesn't look that it doesn't work because of kext) - bad config.plist, bad USB map, etc.

Try this one - it should work for your PID 0x3423 (or it will probably cause kernel panic if your bluetooth is not AR3011)

i didnt try after reboot but first boot working, then i turn off, i cant enable again, maybe reboot can rework!
