Note: there are now some Asrock motherboards that include the 5 Gb Aquantia LAN port.
There are some other branded boards that include the 10 Gb Aquantia LAN port.
Both Aquantia port types are also available as add-in PCIe cards.

We can we find the downloadable drivers for macOS?
Only Windows & Linux drivers are downloadable here:
https://www.aquantia.com/driver-download/
High Sierra 10.13.2 and later support Aquantia LAN ports "natively", such as found in the iMacPro.
However, the iMacPro Aquantia port uses an Apple ID firmware. Other Hackintosh version Aquantia LAN ports do not have an Apple ID firmware, and although are recognized by name in the system, do not actually function without the workaround linked in the previous post. There was an accidental glitch with macOS 10.13.3, where it would auto-flash the firmware of non-Apple ID Aquantia LAN ports during OS install, to become "genuine Apple" ID firmware.
The glitch was removed with 10.13.4.
For further info on this, see the linked posts.

Hi!

Is this something that has been added? Considering a Sonnet 10GBe Solo card.

Nothing has been done as it took all my effort to get MultiBest working on Mojave.

If someone can post the patch here I'll add to next release.

The following is still needed if using an AQC107 card that isn't natively recognized by macOS.

The only AQC107 cards that I know of that work without the following are:
Syba card
Sonnet card
Synology card
