AppleHDA Realtek Audio [Guide]

Sorry about that. Not sure how I missed it. It's been moved. Please delete original post. Thanks.

I haven't been able to get my audio working, I think I've done everything per the guide but not getting any sound. I have "internal speakers" in Sound output, if I plug something into the audio inputs on front of PC this changes to headphones.

Stephens-iMac:Downloads stephen$ ./audio_codecdetect_v2.3.command

File: audio_codecdetect.command_v2.2

HDMI audio codec(s)

Nvidia: 0x10de0080

Onboard audio codec

Realtek: 0x10ec0892

Name: Realtek ALC892

Audio ID: 1

Valid audio codec, audio device and Audio ID; audio injection is working

Finished

I have lost audio for some reason (don't know). I tried new applealc file to put in EFI folder (forgot to update lilu), still no audio. Than I tried .command file and after that, I'm not able to boot in mac even with -x (safe mode).

Is there any other way to try to boot or fix?
There is no karnel panic, I don't see any error in verbose mode (-v), it just don't move from some point. Last one was ioconsoleusers something.

1. No audio, cant play any media at all with audio interface connected
2. Mac OS 10.13.5, Asus Prime Z370-A, I7 COFFEE LAKE 8700k 3.7hz, NVIDIA M2000, BIOS VERSION IM142.88Z.0123.B00.1708211454
3.Used Apple Realtek Audio and many others including multicast (have taken the time to uninstall before each effort).

You can see when I run ACL cmd that it says to change csr 0x3, but I've already got it set? See screen shot. DCIP MANAGER = UNTITLED 1, Input and outputs 2/3. Log as labelled

Also, I've ran devices 300 series through multibeast, restarted and tried ACL 1220, but can't complete installation of ALC.

I think I have everything else figured out, but what is this?

USER: set Audio ID (decimal layout-id)

Then I look for more instructions, and there is this:

HDEF/Clover/config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/Audio_ID

But what does this mean? How can I know what the result should look like? These word lists are not really instructions, because instructions have verbs. In sentences. These are mnemonics for people who already know enough. Problem is, I don't. Should I create a key called Audio_ID? And give it the value I want, in this case '1'? The key called Inject has some quite big number already, and Clover's instructions say it should refer to the codec. I have ALC892.

Update: No. I got it. A key called Inject should contain the layout-id, '1' in my case.
