I have prepared a codecdump using Linux. I was wrong my card is same as yours (IDT 92HD81B1X5) and it is very strange my microphone not working!!!
Tried once more for making working, failed
loading v2AppleHDA.kext getting more options.

Anyway I attatched codecdump.

You can install voodoohda to get your codec dump also in the terminal type voodoohdahelper -dump.
To get the volume control for mic I went to DUMPING Playback/Record Paths in your voodoohelper dump

Look at the last nid in Record mine is nid=10 then swap that for one of the amp nodeID in your platforms.xml

@ Micky1979 : I have the same card ID 111D:7605 on chip 92HD79B1.

Audio codec:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_10280447&REV_1001
Audio controller:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1001

I loaded your kext - Sound works perfect , But no microphone.
Edited DSDT no change .

If it works then I understand that your codec is perhaps always the same, 111d:7605 is a codec id!!!

You can do a codecdump from ubuntu live?

Run these commands in Linux'Terminal:

cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#1 > ~/Desktop/codec_dump.txt

or

cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 > ~/Desktop/codec_dump.txt

Obviously I ask this to see if the codec is actually what, in more to make a new codec verbs for you.
Obviously this is a difficult job, and I can not guarantee anything!
Also I'll do this when I get time!
