Yes: HDMI device is connected to Port 0x7
No: HDMI device is not connected to Port 0x7

IOReg shows HDMI device on Port 0x7
Use the exact HD4600 patches from Post #1
Result is Port 0x0 changes to Port 0x7 and HDMI audio is enabled
Edit config.plist
Restart, see Post #1/IV. Problem Reporting; attach all requested files
