AppleHDA HDMI Audio [Guide]

Yes.
No GFX0/IGPU, no B0D3/HDAU; both native and not present in IOReg.
Remove everything added, reply with new files.
I removed all the things you asked, ran audio_cloverHDMI-130.command and now HDMI audio works. Thank you!
I have a 2K monitor connected to HDMI port of the Intel HD 4600 iGPU. I've read somewhere that the Intel iGPU HDMI port can only support max of 1920×1080, and that was what I had. After running audio_cloverHDMI-130.command, the default resolution changed to 2560x1440. Awesome!

Hi,

I have a Dell Optiplex 7050 (Core i5 7500 with Intel HD 630) with 1 VGA, 2 DP and 1 HDMI connections and 2 Dell monitors with DP connections.

Currently I have full graphics acceleration with one monitor but the 2nd monitor isn't active (even if I only connect it after system boot).

Can you help me with this? I have attached both my ioreg and config.plist.

Are you asking about a graphics problem or a HDMI audio problem?
If graphics, off topic.
If HDMI audio, Voodoo is not supported with this thread, off topic.

I have just completed a build, almost everything work except HDMI audio. Tried hot plug HDMI but no luck.

macOS: High Sierra 10.13.3
CPU: 7900X
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X299 DELUXE
Processor: 7900X
Graphics: EVGA 1080 SC
Following Guide: How to build your own iMac Pro https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...c-pro-successful-build-extended-guide.229353/

On board audio is working with AppleALC. Then I tried "audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.8". No audio after reboot.

On "System Information" > "PCI" I saw the display card and Audio, but its driver is not installed.

I also tried NvidiaGraphicsFixup but no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Didn't realise I was posting on the wrong thread. Sorry.

I need some help.

I just updated to 10.13.4 and HDMI Audio is now missing (even though it worked since the first High Sierra Version without issues - first time an update broke it). I also updated Clover before updating to 10.13.4 - don't know if this broke sound as I didn't check it before OS update. I installed latest Nvidia driver after OS update.

When I run audio_cloverHDMI it says:

File: audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.8.command
Release Mode
EFI partition is mounted
Password:
No HDMI audio codec(s) detected, continue (y/n): y
HDMI audio codec(s)
Integrated Graphics is not installed/enabled
Install AMD/Nvidia HDMI audio (y/n): y
Nvidia discrete graphics card 10de13c2 found on PEG0@1/GFX0@0
Nvidia HDMI audio is enabled
Script exits when another HDMI audio method is installed
Remove existing HDMI audio method, restart, run cloverHDMI
To save a Copy of this Terminal session: Terminal/Shell/Export Text As ...

I'm not sure if it even does anything at all?

However, still no HDMI audio after running it. I have one 4k TV connected by HDMI cable. Nothing else. It worked before, even with all OS updates without ever changing anything.

EDIT:

Installing NVIDIAOnlyVoodooHDA.kext with KextBeast fixed HDMI Audio for me. (Never needed it before)

Trying this method to install audio for Display port but this is the output I'm getting from terminal:

No HDMI audio codec(s) detected, continue (y/n): y
HDMI audio codec(s)
Integrated Graphics is not installed/enabled
Install AMD/Nvidia HDMI audio (y/n): y
Nvidia discrete graphics card 10de1c03 found on PEG0@1/GFX0@0
Nvidia HDMI audio is enabled
Script exits when another HDMI audio method is installed
Remove existing HDMI audio method, restart, run cloverHDMI
To save a Copy of this Terminal session: Terminal/Shell/Export Text As ...
logout
Saving session...
...copying shared history...
...saving history...truncating history files...
...completed.

[Process completed]

I'm guessing I have to remove previous attemt but nothing HDMI/audio related in /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched.

Any help grateful.

Ade
