AppleHDA HDMI Audio [Guide]

No HDMI Audio After High Sierra Upgrade HD4600

I did a direct upgrade from El Capitan to High Sierra.
Everything is working well except HDMI Sound.
Before the Upgrade this was fine.

I already tried the "New Automatic HDMI Audio Script" (cloverHDMI-130.command) but it did not worked for High Sierra.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE H87-D3H
Processor: i5-4570
Graphics: Intel HD 4600

Please find attached:
- Copy of IOReg
- Config.plist
- SSDT.aml

Am I reading this guide wrong, or for High Sierra, Sandy bridge with Nvidia GTX 1050 TI (web drivers .
installed )
Shouldn’t I end up with an SSDt patch at EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/SSDT-HDMI- ?

As no files are put there after running the script.

Code:
ile: audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.6.command
Release Mode
EFI partition is mounted
HDMI audio codec(s)
Nvidia: 0x10de0080
Integrated Graphics is not installed/enabled
Install AMD/Nvidia HDMI audio (y/n): y
Nvidia discrete graphics card 10de1c82 found on PEG0@1/GFX0@0
Nvidia HDMI audio is enabled
To save a Copy of this Terminal session: Terminal/Shell/Export Text As ...

or is it not required?
currently not seeing any HDMI audio options. I have a active DP -HDMI adapter arriving tomorrow to test.

In testdrive mode it also fails to add any files to desktop or edit the config.plist

See Post #1/II. cloverHDMI/Notes/2. Current ... and 3. ...
Remove the installed HDMI audio method.
Thanks but I still don't quite understand. This is a clean install of 10.13.1 ( installed yesterday) just updated to 10.13.2 today.

I have vanilla AppleHDA, installed Nvidia Webdriver, and have only run this script?
EFI/CLOVER/PATCHED only contains the SSDT for my CPU
Clover config is as attached.

So what hdmi method am I meant to remove?

EDIT: My issue sounds similar to user:pintglass . When my DP adapter arrives today I'll try with 2 cables attached

EDIT 2: My DP- HDMI adapter arrived. hot plugged and changed from HDMI to DP-HDMI and Audio device appeared and was working. However when switching to 4K60Hz, the display showed for second then went blank. Rebooted ,now 4k60Hz stable., but audio device is missing again. Hotplugged HDMI from DP-HDMI adapter and reinserted. Audio still missing.

with 10.13.1 I had no issues with audio I just ran the Toledo command script and enabled audio.

After the update to 130.13.2 I have a problem.
After I ran the Toledo command script my system will start boot but will never finish booting just
hangs in boot.

I did do a clean install for two times now and always the same problem after running the script the system hangs in boot
(boots forever)

Any ideas?
