Leaves hot plug as the workaround until Nvidia fixes the driver.

Nvidia HDMI is installed and not working. Installing a working Nvidia HDMI audio method over a non working Nvidia HDMI audio method ensures the working Nvidia HDMI audio method will not work. Remove the current Nvidia HDMI audio method.

1、The CsrActiveConfig/0x3E7 is apper after I use clover configurator to change config smbios.
2、 i don‘t know acpi_dsdt.aml is the same as acpi_ssdt-4.aml. I take dsdt and ssdt for aida64. Maybe a mistake.
