the log is never ending, its keep like that for 1 second got around 10 log, never ending.
is there anyway to know for sure, to find the suspect, even tough if I have fixed freeze issue, I don't want that log keep showing fulfil screen log stream, I can't see other info log because of this.

Hi I added the profile, luckily we have the same BK edition of motherboard, GA Z97X-UD3H-BK , ...unlucky I am stuck with the GF 710, I am willing to use HD 4400 intel graphics too if the GF 710 caused the freeze, seem very not too good card, I was worried too about usb sound card that Chinese maybe its causing the freeze, I just don't know the caused of the freeze exactly

I use open core, I attached more EFI, I used to use Lion hackintosh back then when used laptop Asus, but now I am on Big Sur, seem very challenging now for stable system.

You'll need to follow the Haswell specific section of the Dortania guide. Then post (zip up) your whole EFI folder that you are using. https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/haswell.html#starting-point

You're going to need to use the GT 710 because HD4400 doesn't work well with Big Sur. If your 710 doesn't work with Big Sur you can always try Catalina instead. What brand is your GT 710 ? Gigabyte, Asus or MSI ? something else ?

I have followed the Haswell open core install guide, everything work even wifi (with kext), the sleep work, intel HD ALC1150 audio also work, Ah I see thanks for info HD 4400 with Big Sur, it save lot of my time, the zip EFI folder are quite big, but I attached anyway. The GF 710 work fine actually, even game like Counter Strike with low FPS,

I also worried if sleep then wake, caused the random freeze issue, not sure which one caused, is there any last log of previously session freeze issue kernel log or something ? which I can see after I reboot.

based on this log :
2021-08-28 19:06:48.503758+0700 0x62cd Default 0x0 0 0 kernel: (AppleGraphicsPowerManagement) [AGPM][ERROR][DEFAULT ][getNVVendorInfo ] GPU = GFX0 err 0xe00002c7 from getNSensorData

it seem like it want to get GPU temperature or monitoring issue ?

Edit:
Actually there is someone with same issue and no answer yet,
in German lang

almost same motherboard (Z97x) and GF 710 Nvidia card

Your EFI folder would be a lot smaller and easier to upload/download if you removed these two folders:
  • /EFI/Apple - 24MB
  • /EFI/OC/Resources/Audio - 95MB
The rest of the EFI folder accounts for less than 10MB.

You have a bunch of useless DeviceProperties entries in your config.plist for the GT 710. You don't need them as the card is supported natively in macOS.

You have the incorrect Framebuffer entry for the Haswell HD4400 when it is used with a discrete graphics card. You are using a framebuffer for a HD4600 that is used to drive a display <0300220D>, when you should be using the empty framebuffer for the HD4600 <04001204> or <0B001204>. The second framebuffer is used along with the iMac15,1 SMBIOS.

You don't need to inject FakePCIID.kext & FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext with your Haswell setup.

You don't have a USBPorts.kext or SSDT-UIAC.aml configured for your USB ports. So you should be using the Kernel > Quirks < XhciPortLimit entry.

You don't need all the Tools in the /EFI/OC/Tools folder, not after you have installed macOS. You can either delete them from the folder or disable them in the config.plist.

You don't need to mess around with SIP. This should be enabled, using <00000000> not <FF030000>.

You have included your Serial Number in the config.plist you posted above. A number of people have downloaded and I assume inspected the config.plist. So I would recommend you generate a new SMBIOS for your system. The iMac14,2 is not supported in Big Sur. So if you plan to move to Big Sur you need to generate a SMBIOS for an iMac15,1.

From my experience Hacking Haswell systems I would say your OC folder and config.plist are lacking a few essential entries and SSDT's etc. Compare the EFI folder attached below to your system. The OC folder attached below is from my iMac1 Hack in my signature below.

Thanks for the info, you have given a lot of knowledge, pretty well I will follow all your info to fix the Big Sur until it well known config, especially the serial Your efi zip is very helpful, I will compare it. I need the Big Sur because iMovie or some very new apps feature which old version one don't have, I have used before the high Sierra before, then everything is different now.

As for now I never got freeze again, but will test it more to know for sure what is going on.
