Hello,

I have noticed some people having problems with an AppleACPIPlatform Panic when trying to install the PB of HS, but honestly didn't get whether and how they solved the issue.

I tried already several things, like adding FirmwareFeatures values or altering Firmwareversion numbers. But here what I tried:

- USB stick generated according to the guide here
- added NullCPUPowermanagement, FakeSMC, and AppleIntel1000e kexts to others
- put my SSDT in ACPI/patched, no DSDT (like in Sierra config.plist)
- added apfs.efi to drivers64UEFI
- used different config.plists: my Sierra one, the one given in the guide, others
- tried to set FirmwareFeatures and Firmwareversion

Here the panic log. Any suggestions? System as in profile.

You may need DSDT.aml adjusted - try to google if someone has cracked that mainboard yet... I'm about to post how I got the X79 UD5 booted in 10.13. BTW it was a major PITA this time.
