just copy \Library\Exstention\* to \EFI\CLOVER\kexts\10.11\ & \EFI\CLOVER\kexts\10.12\ (create new folder 10.12)

This worked for me, but I believe the root cause of the timeout failure was that kexts\10.12 was not initialized when I started the install. Too eager to get going and not checking my process.
I've got the same problem and can't figure out how to fix it. I've just tried method above to move kexts to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/other and it didn't work. The system is almost freshly installed. What is this problem actually about?
