Hi, I have an iMacPro1,1 setup and DRM is working fine, I can watch streaming Apple TV no problem.
The issue is the content isn't in 4k. It looks grainy, like 1080p or maybe even 720p. How can I force Apple TV to stream in 4k?
I have a Planar IX2790 5k connected to a Vega 64 via DisplayPort.
Btw, I tried downloading a 4k TV episode but I don't think it downloaded the 4k version (was too fast). It also gave me an error that the downloaded content can only be played on an HDCP monitor.
Is 4k possible? Don't iMac 5k's stream Apple TV in 4k? Why wouldn't it work on my setup? DisplayPort the bottleneck?
