Hi,
I have a NUC8i5BEH running MacOS Mojave. So far I have been using a monitor using HDMI. I now want to switch to a Thunderbolt Display using an Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) adapter but without any luck. The display doesn't turn on. These are the things I've tried:
Thanks!
- Checking the display on a 2018 MacBook Pro with the same adapter to see if the display and adapter work. They do.
- Changing the BIOS display setting to Firewire first or second. No success.
- Booting on HDMI only, then plugging in the monitor when MacOS has booted. No success. HDMI monitor keeps working.
- Booting on Thunderbolt only. No success.
- Booting with both monitors attached. No succes. HDMI monitor keeps working.
- Updating the Kexts and clover. No success.
Thanks!
