Apple Store may not accept password

I already have a credit card associated with app store , i got a MacBook Pro 9,2 mid (2012) real serial number added it to config.plist and FaceTime and iMessage still doesn't work . Any other ideas?

Has anyone managed to get facetime/imessage to work ? Even cloud drive won't work for me
