Anyone having any problems accessing songs/app/etc. from iTunes/App Store after a fresh install of Catalina.?

I think I found the problem, or most of the problem. I did a fresh install of Catalina... wiping my 2-3 year old Hackintosh install. It has something to do with new serial number of this build (hardware) and the serial number of the last install assigned to the same hardware build. Apple states I have to wait at least 90 days before I can authorize any previous purchases on this computer.

I haven't had much time today to diagnose fully... but that seems to be the issue. Will report conclusively when I have diagnosed fully. Apple sucks... and they get worse by the year as far as I'm concerned!
