I recently replaced my 2015 Macbook Pro with a 2021 16" MacbookPro w/ M1Pro silicon.
Will I still be able to mount EFI partitions on USB drives to keep my Hackintosh going in a jam?
Thanks in Advance.

no reason why you shouldn't be able

what happens when you try?

Alright then. I just installed "EFI Agent" on the M1Pro and it seems to be working fine...
no reason why a M1 mac wouldn't be able to mount an EFI on a usb stick or an internal drive...

I use HackinDROM to mount EFIs on my M1 MBA, all works fine.

I can't find my EFI drive on my M1 MBP, EFI Agent doesn't help. diskutil list doesn't show anything related to EFI. I'm on Big Sur 11.3

Someone help me, please! :)
