Back when i first built my hackintosh I purchased a HP 2210m display which as many of you know has that really cool base that mimics the mac cinema displays. Ive been doing some thinking of adding a second monitor, but i want it to look the same, and now that they have discontinued the 2210m displays and i really don't want to by unbranded or refurbished one I go to thinking, why not make my own. ATM I dont have the money but I found a gem.
Without further ado:

You should be able mount any monitor you want, Im thinking of buying it taking my old monitor and adding this base whist repainting and debranding/applizing my display. Anyone else try this before? I would like to hear about any monitor endeavors.
maybe this monitor
