Maybe the start of a legitimate PC version of macOS? iOS that runs on Android phones?

I can't imagine what this means for Jailbreakers though, both a blessing and a curse.

It isn't the iOS kernel source. Only source for a few open source things contained in iOS.

macOS' kernel source has been available for a long time.
