Apple Cinema Display 24in not working with GTX 650 ti Boost

I have been searching all day for an answer on the forms and can't seem to find the right answer. I have an Gigabyte 650 Ti Boost. When using it with an Apple Cinema Display , there is no output. When using it with HDMi on my tv, there is output and works just fine.

Version - 10.8.4
Nvidia drives are installed
Previous GPU - HD 6780
Apple Cinema Display is MDP

So I have checked the adapter with a new one and it is not that

Based on my research, I believe that Gigabyte is not compatible with dp to mDP.

Theres gotta be something wrong here.

I have a slightly different card, the GTX 660 and it works perfectly on my 24 inch cinema display. The minidisplay port is going through a display port adapter and everything is spot on.

My card is the zoltac 660. Motherboard is Gigabyte UP5TH, though it should be irrelevant as the display is running through the GTX
