App Store + PCIRootUID=1 problems

Hello,the builtin check box isn't ticked, i have also discovered using the Usb to boot allows me to login to the App Store.

Hello, I thought I had replied to this but I couldn't of clicked submit!

but anyway I have discovered that the App Store will work if I don't install a boatloader and just use the USB to boot from. Also the builtin box is unchecked when using a boot loader (clover)
