App Store hangs

The app store does not work on either of my Hackintoshes. It shows update in the icon but when I try to access the store the multicolored wheels spins forever. Internet seems fine.

Dame thing in Safari

Locks Safari up also.

I had this problem , solved by reinstalling the essentials.pkg from the Packages Folder on the installation media and rebooting for good measure i reinstalled the additional essentials.pkg also. My board is the P8H67-M-LE . I have been told that clearing the caches also works but i can't verify this . Everything working just fine now.

Thanks so much. It solved the app store, Safari and mail problems. Did not even reboot. Now I can go ahead and migrate my Lion install.
