App Store Access with USB WiFi

Ok. I think I did it all correctly. Climbing the learning curve. The built in WiFi is now working on my H170N-WIFI motherboard since I replaced the wifi card with the BMC94532Z and ran through all of these patches. Thanks so much! One problem, I still cannot access the App Store. I'm still running Sierra 10.12.1 but I get the message:
An unexpected error occurred while signing in.
Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance.

Any other advise?

Everything else works but this.
 
UPDATE: Jeremy got me to the finish line! I think I have the Golden Build. A complete NewB and I have a Hackintosh up and running in a week! Thanks to the whole team that contributed to these guides. You guys rock!

Step 1: Replace the Wifi card that came with the H170N-Wifi board with This Wifi Card
Step 2: Follow Ross's Guide for my build
Step 3: Add this patch:
Apply the following patch in Clover to enable WiFi using the BCM94352Z:

Kext: AirPortBrcm4360
Find: 81F952AA00007529
Replace: 81F952AA00006690

Step 4: Update the Serial Number of your Mac:
