APFS corrupt, no hope

First of all, HFS+ and APFS are not compatible with Ubuntu.
Whenever I boot Live Usb Ubuntu to my laptop, to just browsing, not doing any file operation on the internal macOS SSD.
Later on the macOS volumes will has an error, then I have to use DiskWarrior to fix.
That is the story with HFS+
Today, same problem but with APFS, and DiskWarrior stuck, don't support APFS.
This is the exact error, many other people also encounter error: drec_val object (oid 0x51b169): invalid type (0)
How to fix this volumes without erase and reinstall everything?

The volumes is still ok, everything ok, read, write access, but only non bootable
Can I boot from other disk and do a backup?

Backups are something you create prior to needing them.

I boot from other disk, try lot of tool, DiskWarrior, Mac Cleaner. Also boot to Recovery HD, run first aid. Still error but now it boot and running, strange

How is that possible? AFAIK, Linux can't write on HFS/APFS disks, only read. Is the data accessible?

Linux just read only. I am not sure what cause this, but almost every time after booting Linux on my system, something is messed up later on..

Is your partition scheme pure GPT? Or is it GPT/MBR hybrid?

Check output of 'sudo fdisk /dev/disk0' (assuming your main system disk is disk0).
