Anyone tried RX 5700 (XT) with latest public beta?

Interestingly my XFX RX 5700 XT THICC II shows up as RX5700 in the latest beta. Everything regarding graphics is laggy and slow, but I guess it's better than a black screen xD

The latest clover injects the name but they haven’t distinguished between the two cards.

As mentioned by @Gigamaxx, the 5700 XT isn't supported in the latest Catalina GM Seed. I updated my main system that has the Radeon VII in it to build 19A582a and then swapped cards. The 5700 XT was in another system. I hate moving hardware around but I just wanted to see for myself. Seems like as usual, patience is the key.

Yep, because AMD stopped to build / sell them. Upcomming RX 5500 and later RX 5800 (V II follower) will make all happy - beside existing RX 5600/5700 as VEGA followers --- only Apple must do dome little driver work

AMD is giving them away at that price. The Data card with almost the same specs is triple the price.

I am waiting until the end of October to decide if I should sell my 5700 XT to buy a Vega 64. Meanwhile, I am chugging along with my trusty RX 570 while waiting.

Today Early-Morning, The 1st public beta test code of Catalina 10.15.1 has been released.
On the another information source, it seems that the device driver for RX 5700 ( Really NOT RX 570) is found in this newly beta.

So, I would like to users who has been already purchased one of RX 5700 product, Could you please test your RX 5700 on Catalina 15.1 beta code ??? And please make any feedback to us !!!
