Anyone have luck with Samsung PM1725a NVME SSD?

Yesterday i've tried this SSD with latest catalina - but no luck - kernel panic at boot.
At this time i've tried it on two hackintoshes - one X299-based and second Z390-based - same result on both (((

Works with opencore + catalina 10.15.4 / Asus X299 SAGE WS. BUT, speed is limited to 900mb/s for write and 900mb/s for speed.
