Anyone got the LG 34" 34WK95U Monitor Working on Hackintosh?

I quite not underestand SwitchresX purpose, I can add custom resolution into system but I need 5120x2160 resolution with Larger Text and Larger Application enviroment because its tiny now
Best resoliutions for eyes are HiDPI marked, i would be fine with half of 5K2K but then I want more space

but your monitor isnt 5120x2160 resolution ?...

Are we stuck with microscopic tiny macOS environment? Or there is any option how to upscale text, applications and etc.

When I connect to MBP'2018 and I do mirroring between displays, I choose Larger Text, which gives me beautiful 5K2K experience

Hello - i'm having a similar issue - I can't get my GTX 1070 running at 5120x2160 @ 60Hz - Only 30Hz. Any advice?

GTX 1070 is not realy supported on macOS Mojave, what is your OS?

Thats fine, so SwitchResX is a good tool to see all posible options, Hz, HiDPI and etc.
But what I achieved best is HiDPI 2560x1080 60Hz

Yeah - i have the same! Any way of getting 60Hz and the full resolution? Is there a tweak somehow? I found this thread but not sure if it applies:

Looks very promissing, but usualy I’m skiiping like these treats, coding aditional rewrites of config files and etc makes me uncofortable
All I’m looking is scalling option I am okay with this resolution 2560x1080 just need more space, upscale macOS enviroment

Got my 34WK95U today, connect with the Displayport cable came with the monitor.
(FYI. It won't boot with Displayport 1.4, had to switch to 1.2 and update firmware for 1080Ti under WIndows to fix that.)

I can see 5120x2160 option but can only get 30Hz with that. Lower resolutions can go up to 60Hz, but not 2560x1080...

Everything works perfectly under windows, so I think it is macOS to blamed.

Anyone has a solution for this please mention me in your post, much appreciated.

BTW. I'm still on HS.
This Apple & Nvidia sh&*(^!t is making me miserable. ;(
